The HRIS Business Analyst will serve as a technical point of contact for all areas and assists in developing and documenting system requirements, ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The selected HRIS Business Analyst will interact as liaison in a customer support capacity for HR system users with internal and external technical contacts as it relates to all HR applications to ensure successful resolution. This position is responsible for maintaining data integrity and all appropriate documentation related to HR systems and processes as well as performing high level data integrity audits and creates complex reports for end users. The HRIS Business Analyst will assist in implementing HR system upgrades, testing and performing high level system audits to ensure data integrity. Qualifications:Required: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field or equivalent college coursework and experience. Minimum 3-5 years HRIS experience. Advanced skills in report writing and SQL programming skills required. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook. Requires strong understanding of compensation and benefit program administration. Abilities/ Skills: Provide custom and standard reports, develop cost/benefit analysis and report findings in a clear and concise manner. Excellent customer service skills. Strong problem solving, organization, analysis and analytical skills. Ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external clients in a positive and professional manner. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines and to work well under pressure. Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate a commitment to accuracy, attention to detail and thoroughness. Ability to be flexible in work assignments. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and a high degree of confidentiality. Preferred: Experience with ADP Anytime/Enterprise, Timesaver and ADP Report Writing (Reporter) a plus.
