Project Engineer - Injection Molding Equipment

Specify, design, procure, install and completes projects to introduce new rubber and plastic molding equipment, reduce molding cost, and improve molding production lines  and acts as a liaison with marketing and product development regarding proposed biomedical and pharmaceutical packaging parts solutions.

Shall manage projects from concept to implementation, including defining project scope, determining required resources, establishing equipment specifications, providing system startup services, developing processes and executing validation protocols.  Also support  compliance and improvement of quality systems in manufacturing (i.e. ISO, QSR, GMP).

Must have proven track record participating in new product development and process improvement projects as a core team member interfacing with suppliers and internal customers to resolve molding and sterilization issues.
