Medical Social Worker (Home Health) - Full Time

Assist and counsels home health patients and families with health related financial, social and emotional concerns according to the physicians orders.

Requirements

1. Meets state and federal requirements for this position.

2. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in social work in a health care setting.

3. Current CPR certification.

4. Most positions require a Masters degree in Social Work and or state professional license.

5. Personal transportation, valid drivers license and automobile insurance coverage.
