Do you have experience developing and implementing communications for a broad audience? The Communications/Direct Marketing Specialist is responsible for all customer (member), broker and employer communications including marketing, service and regulatory and legislative communications. Responsible for consumer and b2b direct marketing efforts in all channels including direct mail and online direct marketing.
