Manager Service Operations I- Billing and Collection

MANAGER SERVICE OPERATIONS I Billing & Collections * Newark, NJ Be a strong hands-on supervisor as you direct staff to ensure that enterprise and divisional performance goals are met, and overall client satisfaction, as well as the appropriate level of service delivery is provided and achieved. You will also be expected to lead the Small Group, Consumer, COBRA and monthly billing team (standard office bills). Responsibilities will include: ? developing/monitoring goals for staff ? evaluating/modifying business models through strategic planning ? providing daily guidance to managerial/non-managerial personnel ? leading, coaching and providing feedback to business team leaders ? directing the implementation of process improvements ? developing, administering and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) ? providing insightful feedback into product design ? resolving difficult and complex matters ? effectively managing system productivity ? handling other related tasks as required Qualifications: To qualify you must have a bachelors degree in business administration, 5-10 years of professional business experience within the healthcare industry, and preferably, at least 5 supervising a diverse work unit. The right candidate also has strong leadership, decision-making, analytical, project management, and communication skills, and is fluent with PCs and MS software such as Word, PowerPoint, Access and Project. Billing and accounting experience within a call center environment will also be expected. Req Code: 1000
