Implement policies and procedures for production of documents, work flow, filing, ordering of supplies, equipment, records maintenance, and other clerical services. Organizes office operations such as workspace assignment and layout. Monitors time records. Liaison to facilities and building staff. Oversee Security Officers for location. Provide support and is liaison for HR Relationship Manager located off-site. PRINCIPAL TASKS: * Direct or Coordinate the Administrative Support of the Management Team within AXA Network Organization * Provide Support with daily activities of the President of AXA Network * Supervise, monitor and train the Administration staff * Manage organizational travel requirements * Manage office supplies, equipment and purchasing * Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. This includes the daily flow of the Security Officers. * Participate in architectural and engineering planning and design, including space and installation management. * Set goals and deadlines for the department. JOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Associates or higher degree preferred. 5 years supervisory and office management experience. Requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
