Business Analyst

Job Description: (Description) Associate is responsible for all Ridge Clearing product rollouts. Specifically product rollout includes: - Creation and management of project/task list - New product testing including creation of Test scripts and user manuals - Project meeting facilitation - liaison between Relationship Management group and It areas of Ridge and Broadridge - Creating/conducting sales demos Qualifications Required: (Experience, Skills, Academic) Candidate must be a self starter and capable of working both collaboratively and independently. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be capable of managing up or down. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of brokerage experience specifically around web based applications, wealth management or product rollouts. In addition, the candidate must have intermediate project management skills and be prepared to demonstrate his or her knowledge. Candidates must also have excellent oral and written communication skills. Finally, due to the diverse nature of this position, the ideal candidate must be flexible and ready to face the challenge of learning new things every day. Education: Bachelors
