Production Mechanic 3rd Shift (Oct 29)

MUST HAVE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY EXP Qualifications: * Perform routine and scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and identify persistent problems to ensure maximum operation and minimal down time * Perform troubleshooting and repairs of Kilian and PTK tablet presses, MG and MA encapsulation machines, IMA capsule check weigher, Glatt fluid bed and Gral mixing equipment * Perform repair/replacement of equipment on production lines with appropriate follow-up documentation * Determine the root cause of equipment failure and execute actions to prevent future occurrence * Ensure all manufacturing equipment is running efficiently. Maintain daily log of the line * Report to Supervisor any problems or inefficiencies in the equipment. Adhere to departments GMPs and SOPs Requirements: * High School Diploma * Must have Pharmaceutical industry experience * Ability to read, write and speak English. Perform basic math calculations.
