SME Mainframe Developer- Cobol, IMS, CICS, DB2. Must have advanced skills and even tho they wont be a technical lead, should have lead capabilities. Very good communication skills, and proactive in looking for work. Strong analysis and problem solving skills. Strong understanding of "contemporary architecture" which means SOA.
