Reference # : 09-15625 Title : Ad Hoc Reporting Specialist Location : Bridgewater, NJ Experience Level : Start Date / End Date : Mon, Nov 2, 2009 / Wed, Mar 31, 2010  Description Duties: The Ad Hoc Reporting Specialist (AHRS) is responsible for generating non-standard reports and queries from Clintrace, the Global Pharma Client Adverse Event database. The specialist is responsible for receiving report requests and interacting with the requesting user to ensure understanding of the request, suggesting strategies for addressing the request and ensuring proper validation for the report. As the pharmacovigilance requirements evolve, the role of the AHRS has also evolved such that in addition to generating single reports, they must build and publishing reports that can be routinely executed by the user. The AHRS willbe involved in the development of Data Output and Reporting requirements and tools for the new database which will replace the two current Clintrace databases.

Skills: Understanding of computer validation concepts/requirements. Experience witha Clinical and Adverse Eventsa Strong understanding of at least two commercially available reporting tools. Excellent attention to detail. Education: Minimum computer programming certificateAt least 5 years programming experience
