The Inventory Sales Representative will: .Handle customer phone problems, repairs, re-programming, returns and complaints for multiple stores. .Maintains phone repair inventory, including assisting with audits. .Performs month-end inventory reconciliation. Ensures established and forecasts inventory levels. .Works with retail staff regarding inventory discrepancies. Performs weekly inventory spot checks. .Handles RMA and DOA processing, including reporting and shipping. Required Qualifications: .High school diploma or GED .1 yr. retail experience, preferably in electronic or department store retail sales and/or customer service. .1 yr. experience in inventory, financial or clerical position, preferable in retail or telecommunications industry .Strong written, verbal persuasion (soft sales) and interpersonal skills .Proficient use of PC computer programs and keyboard skills. .Proficient cash handling skills, including cash drawer reconciliation.
