Rock Wall Instructor Description Our team of Member Activities Instructors works to provide entertaining and educational athletic programs for our members. Utilize your excellent customer service skills and passion for rock climbing in this exciting position! As a Rock Wall Instructor, you will teach rock climbing techniques in a fun, enthusiastic, and safe environment. Encourage members to step outside of their fitness comfort zone by explaining and demonstrating climbing equipment and methods. Responsibilities: •Monitor rock wall area to ensure order and safety of climbers as well as rock wall area. •Provide excellent customer service and climbing instruction to all levels of climbers. Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED. •Six months to one year of climbing experience preferred. •Belay certification. •CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
