Ensure required service equipment is clean, polished and available for use at the required time and at the required location. Will be in charge of cleaning and sorting all cookware from kitchen production areas in accordance to Omni standards. Maintain cleanliness and order in the Heart of the House areas. Flexibility to work any day AM/PM shift required. * Must be able to lift up to 35lbs and carry up to 50 pounds. * Must be able to push or pull carts of equipment up to 250lbs.Be physically flexible to bend and stand on the feet for long period of time.
