Operations Specialist

As an Operations Specialist for our Proof Encoding Division you will be part of a successful and growing retail banking organization, one with almost 3 million retail customers and 1,000 branch offices throughout the Northeast and Middle Atlantic. You will be based in Moorestown, NJ where other PNC Operations employees work in a team oriented atmosphere.

During a typical day, youll work within established rules, paced by a steady rhythm to keep checks moving. Utilizing PNCs state of the art Check Processing Control System, you balance, reconcile and make settlements of checks presented to the bank.  Though the position is part time, customers and the department will fully rely upon the consistency, speed, and accuracy of your data processing know-how and experience. Youll work in a team-oriented atmosphere, surrounded by peers.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

* High School or GED. * Minimum 1 year experience in check processing, data entry, or general ledger settlement. * Cashier experience a plus. * 10-key skills are a plus. * Data entry skills are a plus. * Basic Math skills are a plus. * Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity is essential. * Problem solving and analytical skills are essential.
