Quality Assurance Analyst We are looking for a motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As part of the Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for software testing and documentation of our software. This is a fast-paced, challenging role where you will have a great opportunity to work on many projects. Responsibilities * Troubleshoot and investigate defects in the software applications. * Designing and writing test procedures for a wide variety of tests (functional, regression, automated, data quality, performance, operational resiliency) from requirements specifications. * Provide support for variety of client server and web based products in a QA environment. * Finding, tracing, and thoroughly identifying defects; generating defect reports; working with development teams to resolve defects and verifying corrective actions. * Work independently, handling and supporting a dynamic schedule, multiple environments, test cycles and deployments. Qualifications * Must have 3+ years QA experience * Must demonstrate knowledge of automated testing utilities and how to create automated test scripts. * Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and Quality Assurance methodologies * Must possess very strong analytical, interpersonal, writing, and communications skills. * Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Point. * Experience with accounting and / or tax desired. * Ability to understand schemas and write basic queries is considered a plus. * Familiarity with automatic testing programs (Mercury, Selenium) is considered a plus. * Must be able to work as a member of a team.
