Title: PT Retail Reset Merchandiser - Frederick, MD Location: MD-Frederick Advantage Sales and Marketing (ASM) and our companies embrace diversity and the development of a performance driven culture and company. Job Purpose The ideal candidate is self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed. This person should also have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with store personnel. They must possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to work independently. The Retail Reset Merchandisers (RM) will travel daily to assigned stores to update and rearrange the client's products in one of its departments. ASM will provide the plan-o-grams (diagram) to arrange the products, shelves, price tags, and promotional materials to execute the plan exactly so that out clients products are ready to sell. The RM will work independently or as part of a team. Qualifications: * Required set work shift - Monday - Thursday 7 AM - 2:30 PM - 28 hours * 1 year merchandising or stock experience using plan-o-grams * Willingness to travel to MD: Frederick & Germantown - VA: Leesburg & Purcellville * Valid driver license without restrictions or high points * Personal vehicle in sound operating condition * Consent to releasing your driving record * Provide your automobile insurance policy that list you as a insured driver and includes comprehension and collision coverage * Occasionally lift and carry individual cases of product, shelving, or displays of up to 50 pounds, may be exposed to changes in temperature and humidity as they may work in and around coolers and freezers - this is dependent on the product line you work with. * High school diploma or G.E.D. * 18 years of age * Active email address to receive assignments * Ability to complete accurate and timely paperwork and reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, etc within 24 hours of assignments * The ability to work independently or as part of a team. * The ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, climb, kneel, push, pull, perform repetitive motions, and work on unprotected heights (normally on a step stool).
