Requirements

Job Requirements: * 1-3 years of Retail Apparel Store Management experience * Strong Leadership Skills * Recruiting Skills * Merchandising skills * Successful track record in driving sales with the commitment to creating a warm, inviting environment for the customer by understanding the importance of customer service * Coaching and development of staff * Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate with business partners at all levels * High school diploma is a must; college degree or equivalent work experience is a plus * Ability to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
