YOU will add value by: * Assessing and documents information pertaining to progress of clients in accordance with Center guidelines. * Supervising and interacting with clients and co-workers in a manner consistent with Center guidelines. * Facilitating proper medical care and participating in the medication administration for clients. * Promoting proper care of clients, facilities and equipment. * Participating in the individual habilitation plan process. * Administing medication upon completion of training. * Adhering to the Policies and Procedures of Devereux and the Center.
