288414 Job Title: Financial Center Manager Location: Bowie,MD, Maryland 20716-0000 United States Hrs/Wk: 40 Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a Store Manager position for the Upper Prince Georges County District. The Store Manager manages the retail sales and service functions. The primary goal is to serve the customers total financial service needs resulting in greater market share, wallet share and profitability. This is accomplished by creating a vital sales and service organization, promoting teamwork with partners and other corporate departments. The Store Manager creates, trains and coaches a successful sales team through the development of staff as a competitive advantage. They are responsible for effective staff salary administration and rewards. The Store Manager develops and administers budgets, business development goals and objectives, staffing models, schedules and performance standards. Guidelines: The store manager level is determined by valuing a number of key store measurements. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Actively Coaches all Sales and Service Team Members to Provide Extraordinary Customer Service, Achieves Sales and Service Mastery and Operational Excellence. 2. Successfully Participates in Hiring, Developing, Leading, and Promoting Engagement for all Team Members. 3. Consistently Provides an Extraordinary Level of Customer Service. 4. Meets or Exceeds Store Wide Sales and Referral Goals as specified in the Wells Fargo Quarterly Incentive Plan. 5. Adequately Schedules and Staffs to Ensure Proper Staffing Levels. 6. Achieves 100% Compliance with Wells Fargos Internal Policies and Procedures 7. Approves Customer Transactions Efficiently with second set of eyes. 8. Assists with Other Store Duties as Required. Basic Qualifications: 2+years retail bank branch management 2+ years sales experience Two plus years interacting with people or customers Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated and/or proven ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team to achieve goals; Must have a strong work ethic, careful attention to detail and compliance of policies and procedures; Must be successful in hiring, developing, coaching and/or training staff; Positive demeanor with an ability to motivate and inspire a team; A genuine empathy and concern for people - helping each team member achieve his/her potential; Inspire a team to reach aggressive sales and customer service goals; Proven ability to engage, recognize and retain team members; Strong work ethic; Adaptable and flexible coaching style which takes into account the needs and learning styles of a diverse team; Organizational skills ; Desire to progress and continually grow within the company; Professional (Verbal/Written Communication and Presence). Preferred Qualifications: Business acumen - ability to run a small business; Adaptable and flexible coaching style which takes into account the needs and learning styles of a diverse team; Proven experience selling products and services; Proven experience meeting customer satisfaction goals; Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes working weekends and some holidays; Ability to stand for extended periods of time The position change to Store Manager level 1-5 (as appropriate) will take effect on 1/1/2010 with Peoplesoft conversion. The Store Manager 1-5 roles will be exempt positions. As an FCM through 11/15/2009, FCM will be coded as SWOT and receive 100% straight-time pay for all hours worked in a workweek, including those over 40, 50% of straight-time pay for each hour worked over 40 in a workweek, and will not be docked for working fewer than normally scheduled in a workweek, except in very limited circumstances. If FCM earns any incentive compensation, they will receive additional overtime pay based on the incentive compensation and number of overtime hours worked, if any, in the incentive period. As an FCM between 11/16/2009 and 12/31/2009, FCM will be coded as non-exempt, so FCM will receive 150% of their straight-time pay for hours worked above 40 in a workweek, and docked for hours worked fewer than 40 in a workweek. As a Store Manager beginning 1/1/2010, Store Manager will be classified as exempt, so they will no longer be eligible for overtime pay for hours worked over 40 in a workweek, or docked when working fewer than 40 in a workweek.
