These transactions can be entered through the Private Bank Brokerage services, or by outside money manager/brokers. The Securities Settlement Specialist ensures the timely and accuracy of securities settlements (or related transactions) in the Private Banking client account. The securities settlement specialists will act as the primary contact for Client Services, the JPMPB custodian, and the JPM PB Middle/Front office of securities settlement transactions.  *  Core Responsibilities * Instruct and settle security transactions through Euroclear or local security markets * Process Cash transactions including cash only movement and time deposits * Execute and process foreign exchange transactions to support trade, income, corporate actions, derivative processing or outright FX * Fail management reportingsettlement methods for various types of securities * Strong mainframe (OMNI, AmTrust, Cosmic, Inform) and Desktop/PC skills Required Experience/Skills * Bachelors Degree or Equivalent JPMorganChase experience * Knowledge of both domestic and international securities (e.g., equities, fixed income, treasury, municipal, corporate bonds) * Strong technical/desktop skills * Strong attention to detailA * Ability to organize, multi-task & prioritize effectively Preferred Experience/Skills * 2 - 3 years of financial industry experience; operations experience a plus * Strong knowledge of the domestic and foreign settlement processes, foreign market regulations, and restrictions and time frames * Knowledge of settlement methods for various types of securities * Experience with JPMorgan technical systems (OMNI, AmTrust, Cosmic, Inform)
