The RAII will implement and train new staff on all aspects of study protocols. Responsibilities: * Assist with the coordination and communications of research projects in accordance with the funding agencys award statement, including the recruitment of participants, and implementation of all aspects of study protocols. * Conduct telephone screenings and schedule evaluations for families participating in the research studies. * Administer treatment with infants and young children participating in the specified studies according to the research protocols. * Train new staff, students, and volunteers on all aspects of the research protocols. * Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of all data collected for research studies, * Videotape evaluations, including the set-up/breakdown of testing rooms. * Involvement in literature reviews, and writing up the results of ongoing studies, including submissions to conferences, peer-reviewed publications, and grants. * Involvement in the preparation of presentations to internal and external outside agencies for educational and recruitment purposes. * Assist with the development of coding schema and ensure reliability is maintained within the coding team. * Assist the Business Manager with tracking and monitoring of project expenditures. Qualifications: EDUCATION: -B.A./B.S. in education, psychology, speech and language pathology and/or related field required. EXPERIENCE: -Two years experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders -Experience interacting with the public and using databases. -Experience with research protocols. -Previous lab experience required.
