|My Career Center|View Job Cart| Supply Chain Analyst - Market Supply Logistics uslo-00005538 5000 - Corporate Operations NA South Brunswick NJ FUNCTION: LOreal USA is currently recruiting for a Brand Analyst, at our South Brunswick Facility. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Manage the catalog * Create codes and manage international product file * Manage the international catalog * Validate the product authorization from Marketing for the subsidiaries * Validate the product substitution links * Manage the logistics indicators * Manage the logistics indicator and the type of management systems as define by the head of the department * Follow the product life cycle: creation, launch, croisiere, discontinuation and obsolete * Define with the Plant transfer of status from launch to croisiere * Coordinate the transfer from push to a pull system with the subsidiaries and the plant * Manage slow moving and obsolete products * Assist Marketing to manage its catalog * Coordinate the analysis of the slow moving item for their discontinuation * Coordinate and follow up the destruction of obsolete inventory * Coordinate launches * Coordinate the launch project with the Plants, Packaging development, Marketing and each branch * Transmit first quantity to the Plant * Review progress regularly during launch review meetings * Review industrial parameters with the Plant Logistics Supply Cell Manager * Inform branches on the launch status * Manage the Medium term activity * Communicate product availability to branches on Launches, promotions and campaigns * Define product operating parameters with the Branches base on the Plant reaction lead time Blocked Horizon for orders, minimum order quantity, Proposed safety stock to the branch to reduce blocked horizon * Review end of month sales forecast received and confirm or reject increases within the blocked horizon * Control the finished goods availability schedule * Manage the Out of Stock and propose stock allocation for review by MSL leader and the Division REQUIREMENTS: Job Requirements: * BA/BS Degree required * 1 to 3 Years Manufacturing and Management experience * 1 year of launch management preferable * Well-developed communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to be able to build strong work relationships with all levels of our organization. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently * Able to synthesize information and create a clear synopsis of key issues * Attention to detail is critical * Strong PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint & Access) * Bilingual skills in Spanish or French desirable * Appreciation of global markets, cultural diversity * Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or APICS) preferable
