Responsibilities  Your role will include the following: a Project Managementa-drive cross-functional teams to launch new products and develop new markets Research- understanding the details of our product line, along with our target markets and end users. Marketing- market research, creative brainstorming, promotion and launch planning. Advertising- working with Lutrons internal and external design teams to create ads. Communications- creating new literature, enhancing existing literature, establishing presentation materials about Lutron products. Public Relations- event planning and assistance with tradeshows and promotional materials. Sales- work with sales force both inside and outside of the company to reach the customer. Qualifications  * Bachelors Degree with at least a 3.0 GPA * Ability and Interest in learning about Lutrons Products, with the creativity to market them * Desire to increase the scope of Lutrons market appeal * Enjoys working collaboratively while also thriving in a leadership position * Willingness to travel - plan and attend tradeshows * Hands-on attitude and strong work ethic * Excellent communication skills - verbal and written * Skillful problem solving * Self-starting, inquisitive, flexible, multi-tasking * Good time and project management skills
