JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements for Consultant: 
-  Expertise in legal spend management and insight into what other companies similar to J&J are doing in this space
-  Knowledge of software tools in the e-billing/matter management market place and their strengths and capabilities of each tool/vendor with respect to legal spend management, matter management, and collaboration with outside counsel
-  Provide assistance in developing the approach for the proof of concept (of CounselLink) including the criteria for measuring success against clearly defined objectives
- Understand and document the needs of the General Counsel’s office, legal finance and IT into system requirements and assist in the creation of an RFP for the evaluation of matter management / e-billing vendors
- Provide a range of alternative approaches and approximate costs of those alternatives
