We currently have a need for a senior level .Net developer to work onsite for a major pharmaceutical client in Princeton, NJ. This opportunity is immediate and a minimum of six months in length.
Requirements
• Create and analyze application requirements from interactions with scientists, project managers, and capability managers.
• Strong skills in object-oriented software design and development, design pattern, framework, n tier architecture with at least 8 or more years experience
• Working knowledge of software development life cycles, configuration management and best software engineering practices.
• Advanced expertise in .Net, C#, and in-depth knowledge of XML, SOA and related Web Service technologies. Ability to design solid integrations with multiple scientific applications/technologies. Extensive experience with SQL, Oracle 10g and 11g.
• Experience in creating detailed project outlines and application design specifications and conducting quality reviews of code developed by other development staff.
• Knowledge of standard workflow operations is a plus with actual experience in the Microsoft or Oracle toolsets or in UML, BPEL, or Petri Nets desired.
• Experience developing tools in support of laboratory operations is desired, particularly experience working with analytical data (i.e., HPLC, LCMS, NMR, etc.).
• Experience visualizing multidimensional data (2,000 to 50,000 data points per experiment), processing data (primarily peak detection & integration) both through user based tools and through PC based processes; and capturing results. Please refer to job code CHNET when responding to this ad.
