Software Engineering Manager - Chromotography Systems

Shall organize, align, coach, and motivate staff to meet project schedules and delivery commitments.

Shall:

***  Coordinate assignments, priorities, and activities.

***  Support Architects, Developers, Program Management, Test and Operations.

***  Provide technical guidance to staff

***  Identify obstacles and probable solutions

***  Review software specifications and participate in design meetings and code reviews.

Requires:

***  Hands-on experience with object oriented software.

***  Experience interfacing to embedded devices.

***  Track record developing user interfaces.
