Financial Program Analyst, Senior

Key Role: Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and operations or the productivity and efficiency of the management. Assess program development or execution and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Apply knowledge of basic budgetary and financial management principles and techniques as they relate to the long range planning of programs and objectives.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

-9+ years of experience with federal financial management

-3+ years of experience with program development and execution

-Knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE)

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Military resource management and finance a plus

-CDFM, CGFM, or CPA Certification a plus

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
