Key Role: Work with government organizations to execute large-scale organization transformation focused on achieving improved results and learn and demonstrate the application of organization strategy methodologies. Document and attend client interviews and meetings and support a team with research and benchmarking collection and analysis. Prepare deliverables that are on time, on budget, and high quality for client review. Develop conclusions and recommendations, write reports, and assist with client presentations. Identify opportunities for organization strategy services within a client organization or business area. Support implementation activities and interact with client personnel and senior leadership to accomplish project objectives and achieve sustainable results. Demonstrate the ability to build competencies in the areas of basic consulting, assignment performance, and organization strategy. This position is located in College Park, MD. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -Experience with building and maintaining project management plans -Knowledge of the written language and nuances of English syntax -Ability to commute to and work in College Park, MD -Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph -BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: -Experience with performing duties in environments with fluctuating operational tempos -Experience with delivering management consulting services to the federal government -Ability to see how various tasks and client needs interconnect -Ability to express the same idea in different ways and formats -Ability to proactively manage multiple concurrent tasks -Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work with clients at client sites -Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment -Ability to be comfortable planning and executing with minimal and often ambiguous client guidance -Ability to sense the strengths, limitations, and preferences of clients, peers, and subordinates -Ability to be a leader -Possession of excellent interpersonal skills -Possession of excellent analytical and data gathering skills -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -PMP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
