Job Summary: As a Commercial Operations Associate based in our U.S. Division headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey, you will participate in our Career Development Program by completing 3 core rotations and 1-2 elective rotations. Each rotation will be dependent on Company need as a well as individual interest and experience, and will be approximately 6 months in duration.

The CORE ROTATIONS may include assignments in the following areas: Portfolio and Business Development Assessments Brand Marketing Research Supply Chain - Manufacturing Supply Chain - Distribution and Logistics

The ELECTIVE ROTATIONS may include assignments in the following areas: New Product Planning Managed Markets Brand Management Market Reasearch *Sales (12-18 month rotation) Brand Marketing Research Supply Chain - Manufacturing Portfolio and Business Development Assessments Supply Chain - Distribution and Logistics

The program will provide broad exposure to various disciplines that contribute to the successful commercialization of our products. In addition, you will be mentored by an executive sponsor throughout your rotations with day-to-day guidance and coaching from your rotational assignment managers.
