QS Support Analysts diagnose and resolve POS hardware and software problems via telephone and remote connection. They respond to and resolve support calls from customers in the Houston/Dallas areas in a timely manner; meet assigned targets for daily/weekly call resolutions and provide overall troubleshooting on POS system hardware and network connectivity.
