Business Development Manager DOD

Looking for experienced Business Development manager with minimum of 5+ years experience who has sold non-IT services and products to the government.  Company provides turn-key services to the DOD.  Candidate should have full knowledge of procurement procedures of the Army and Marine Corps.  Excellent communication and planning skills.  Not only will the candidate be responsible for the initial sale, but will be required to be hands-on throughout the process until final delivery.
Must be US Citizen and capable of obtaining security clearance.  Local Candidates only.  No reloctaion is available.
Travel will be up to 50% and will include being overseas at least twice a year.
Salary is $125-145K.  Great benefits.
