Accounting Clerk II

BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB: To perform routine accounting functions to obtain primary financial data required for maintaining accounting records. Daily Duties: Performs audit of employee expense reports to ensure compliance with corporate travel policy Reconciles monthly vendor invoices (AMEX, Hertz) Prepares monthly check requisitions for Accounts Payable vendor payments (AMEX, Hertz) Maintains employee travel expense files Interacts (written and verbal) with employee and managers concerning expenses Performs other related duties as assigned Looking for experience in the following: Deltek Expense experience Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, MSWord
