Senior management responsibility for day-to-day delivery of IT infrastructure support services, as well as application development and support services, across multiple technology towers in support of single or multiple sites. Accountable for staffing, resource management, cost budget, technical direction, estimates, and overall process for all infrastructure delivery. Leads the Line of Business (LOB) account management team towards a goal of building a strong business partner relationship with existing customers or potential customers. Ensures customer satisfaction is maintained by meeting current and potential infrastructures needs, ensuring SOW compliance, developing long term infrastructure strategies. Collaborates with the customer relationship team on application and infrastructure long term planning. Owns compliance with contract service levels and customer satisfaction. Acts as a primary interface to technical engineering tower managers and application delivery managers. Provides analysis and makes recommendations for resolution of all problems related to application and infrastructure projects. Participates in many aspects of managing service desk and data center operations and leads other team members in infrastructure and application delivery processes. Coordinates infrastructure and application help-desk support to end-users, to include prioritizing, troubleshooting, and communicating issues related to end-user support. Works as a member of the customer relationship management team to identify and develop solutions and ensure appropriate implementation thereof. Manages the design and execution of IT software tests and results evaluation. Provides analysis and makes recommendations for resolution of all problems related to applications projects. Participates in many aspects of managing software efforts and leads other team members in application delivery processes. Manages the design and execution of configuration, change, and problem management operations, maintenance and performance results evaluation. Performs project management tasks. Manages resources to meet goals across multiple projects. Uses best practice methods of project management for business infrastructure and application projects. Develops project plans as required and assists in tracking results.
