Project Analyst / Planner - Primavera

BAE Systems is seeking a Project Analyst / Planner with advanced Primavera experience to join its Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA-II) Support team. The successful candidate will support the Air Traffic System Concept Development group in developing, integrating, and maintaining schedules using Primavera and Microsoft Project scheduling software for various concept studies associated with future National Airspace System (NAS) operations. You will work with FAA leads and project managers to solicit and document schedule requirements. In addition to developing and maintaining a project schedule, the successful candidate must be capable of developing integrated master schedules and analyzing schedule data to identify and rectify deficiencies in planning. You will also provide general program management support, assisting the customer in drafting responses to data calls and conducting budget drills. You should be a self-starter, capable of working very closely with multiple customers. Must have the following: 1. Bachelors degree and at least ten (10) years of related professional experience or High School Diploma and at least 12 years of experience. 2. A minimum of five (5) years experience developing medium-to-large scale project plans 3. Must have at least three (3) years of professional experience utilizing Primavera 4. Must have at least three (3) years of professional experience utilizing MS Project 5. Excellent oral and written communication skills
