Financial Resource Analyst with Momentum, Senior

Title: Financial Resource Analyst with Momentum, Senior Location: District of Columbia-Washington Key Role: Act as a subject matter expert on the Momentum Integrated Financials and Procurement software application, including knowledge of workflow management. Support HQ and client field operations across many functions, including assisting with supporting Momentum Integrated Financials and Procurement improving workflow management, review and develop workflow processes and process maps, and develop business process transaction analysis and recommended improvements. Conduct workflow support and assist divisions and field offices with transaction backlogs and related efficiency recommendations. Develop process and workforce improvement plans and change management strategies. Provide one-on-one assistance to ensure financial management and procurement policies are taken into consideration, update document changes to acquisition and financial management policies accordingly to business change, including policy impact assessments. Support reconciliation efforts between multiple systems and applications, including core financial management system, spend plan, purchase requisition database, and cuff records. This position will require domestic and international travel, when required. Basic Qualifications: -5 years of experience with Momentum Financial Systems -5 years of experience with Federal Financial Management -Active Secret clearance -BA or BS degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration Additional Qualifications: -CGFM Certification preferred Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
