Title: Human Capital/Workforce Planning Analyst, Senior Location: Maryland-Lexington Park Key Role: Consult with the client organizations on the design, implementation, and evaluation of human capital programs. Apply functional expertise in the components of the human capital life cycle. Apply knowledge of competency modeling, leadership development, selection, and workforce planning. Lead and mentor project staff, manage project financials and client relationships, provide technical oversight, and develop additional human capital business. This position is located in Lexington Park, MD. Basic Qualifications: -4 years of experience with providing strategic human resources or external organizational consulting services -Ability to travel up to 15% of the time -Active Secret clearance required -BA or BS degree required Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
