HRO Support Specialist, Employee Self Service (ESS) - (28513)

Requisition Number: 28513 Location: NC, Raleigh

Job Description: Job Responsibilities: * Ensure accurate and timely process of all Employee Self Service Changes, including expired document management, personal information changes, employment data changes, compensation, job data changes, and pay adjustment changes * Provide HR/Payroll Support services to clients according to Ceridian contract, government compliance and business needs * Partner with various teams within Ceridian to ensure all deadlines are met and payroll can be processed accurately and timely * Receives escalated issues from Service Delivery and Call Center regarding payroll issues, researches and takes appropriate actions as required * Provide back up support for team members, including backup support as needed on other Shared Services Teams

Qualifications: * Strong organizational skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Time management with multi tasking ability * Strong customer focus * Problem solving skills * Ability to work well in a team environment * 3 or more years of payroll processing experience in client setting * Ability to resolve employees issues and provide superior customer service to clients * Proficiency in windows, MS Word, Excel * Ceridian product knowledge desired * High volume transactional experience desired * High school diploma required * CPP and/or Accounting Associates degree desired
