Project Controllers are a group of smart, talented finance professional responsible for analyzing and reporting on our financial results.a They provide engagement management support for project teams by assisting with the organizational and logistical aspects of projects.a They specialize in project and account operations and serve as the focal point for aspects of engagement, program, and account management control. a As a Project Analyst, you will support teams on client engagements in a variety of industries providing you with the opportunity to develop broad business consulting skills or specialized skills.a You will work across a variety of business functions gaining increased responsibilities through multiple experiences requiring you to demonstrate new skills and capabilities. Primary activities include financial analysis, budget and forecasting analysis, monitoring project expenditures, maintaining compliance with firm policies, financial reconciliations, conducting variance analysis, and managing the project billing and receivables processes.a Project Analysts will have multiple opportunities to be active in the community and their local office through a variety of volunteer activities such as Impact Day and other community service initiatives. a You will initially have the opportunity to attend our Project Controller School which is designed to help you begin to build your network of Project Controller colleagues.
