Title: Personal Banker - Howell, NJ Location: NJ-Howell Play a vital role in the customer banking experience at Chase! As a part of JPMorgan Chase, a leading global financial services firm, Chase has over 5,000 Chase and WaMu branches where our bankers build relationships with customers and provide them with products & services to meet their ever -changing needs. As a Personal Banker you'll acquire, retain and expand new and existing relationships. You'll proactively meet with customers - face to face or over the phone - to discover their financial needs and provide product recommendations. You will be contributing directly to the success of the firm by maximizing the depth and profitability of the customer's relationship through partnering with sales specialists in product areas. All of you working as a team will create an outstanding customer experience. *  Minimum one year sales experience required (2-5 years preferred)  .Job experience with extensive customer contact, including building & maintaining customer relationships .Excellent probing and listening skills to uncover customer needs .Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills .Self motivated, assertive, performs well in a competitive sales environment and interacts with customer and team members in a professional and personable manner .Strong presentation, planning, organization and follow-up skills .High school degree, GED or foreign equivalent required (college degree strongly preferred) .Series 6, 63, Life Insurance licenses required within 60 days of hire (also Health in some states) .Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings  JPMorgan Chase offers an exceptional benefits program and a highly competitive compensation package.
