Title: Production Support Analyst Location: DE-Wilmington The Corporate Internet Group (CIG) supports public Internet sites for all lines of business within J. P. Morgan Chase. CIG is comprised of over 500 professionals located in Delaware, New York, Ohio, Florida, Texas, Washington, California and Illinois. The group consists of senior business strategists, developers, infrastructure and architecture specialists, information architects, usability professionals, interactive designers, editors and other project support and operations staff. CIG works closely with all lines of business including: Auto Lending, Business Banking, Card Services, Commercial Banking, Education Finance, Home Lending, Investing, Private Bank, Private Client Services, Retail and Treasury. CIG's goal is to provide consistent, integrated internet applications that are intuitive, dependable and easy to use for all customers. As a CIG Operations Production Support Analyst you will work on a team that provides 24 x 7 operational support for all online banking business processes. This role requires prior experience with payments research and processing (i.e. - online bill payments, check processing, ACH and Wire transfer processing as well as knowledge around NACHA regulations and Federal Reserve guidelines, ACH returns and rejects). Familiarity with other online banking products such as paperless statements, secure messaging and customer email notifications, online account alerts, personal financial management software (i.e. - Quicken and Microsoft Money) and mobile banking is a plus. In this role you will be responsible for: * Quickly bringing to resolution production issues through effective online banking process and customer account issue investigation and triage, and resolution identification and implementation * Collaborate with team and support resources on mitigation activities and full issue resolution. * Seek out opportunities to reduce production issues by implementing operational and quality improvements * Participate in on-call pager rotation * Support development and maintenance of production operations support material * Work closely with all team members to understand operational issues and identify areas of improvement * Participate in production releases to confirm quality controls have been followed * Participate in product verification during the testing cycle of releases * 2 years production support and issue resolution in payments research and processing with familiarity of NACHA regulations and Federal Reserve guidelines * Broad basic knowledge of web payments products * Strong experience in production support field including complying to department procedures, positively influencing client relations, and process and quality improvement. * Excellent interpersonal and team player skills * High school diploma or equivalent JPMorgan Chase is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer, M/F/D/V
