Title: Technology Auditor Location: DE-Wilmington The JPMorgan Chase Audit Department is accountable to the Audit and Examining Committee of the Board of Directors, the Office of the Chairman, senior management and global and local regulators. The global Audit Department has in excess of 500 auditors. Chase Card Services delivers credit cards and other related payment products and services to 96 million cardholders and more than 700,000 merchant outlets throughout the U.S. It is a market place leader in both the card-issuing and merchant-acquiring businesses in the U.S. The Card Services Audit Team is responsible for assessing the adequacy of the control environments across all aspects of the consumer and business credit-card operations. This is achieved through a program of audit coverage which is performed and managed by a team of integrated technology and financial business specialists. This role is for an experienced IT audit professional to join the Card Services Technology Audit Team. This position is responsible for risk assessment, control identification, development of audit testing, and completion of audit work covering the systems and applications used by Chase Card Services. Job responsibilities include: * Plan, execute, document and draft audit reports for audits conducted largely within the US Chase Card Services business. * On-going relationship management with key technology managers responsible for the technology platforms. * Conduct specific audits on an integrated basis with business auditors as well as stand alone technology audits. * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. * An MBA degree and/or professional certification, such as a CPA or CISA, are a plus. * Candidate should at least 5 years of relevant experience with exposure to the financial services industry. Previous audit experience is preferred but not necessary. * Strong experience with infrastructure platforms including operating systems (e.g. mainframe, UNIX) and databases (e.g. Oracle) * Understanding of technology processes and general IT controls (e.g. change management, business resiliency, etc.). * Ability to build strong partnerships across the technology and business audit teams through a proactive, open and communicative approach through all aspects of planning, execution and reporting * Ability to build strong partnerships with our clients, as we share common goals of providing a well-controlled operating environment to maximize value to our shareholders * Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient and effective manner with minimal supervision * Works well individually and in teams, shares information, supports colleagues and staff * Ability to perform out of state travel up to 10%
