WHAT OUR REPS DO: Service Eye Care Provider & Optical Retailers (Opticians, Optometrists, & Ophthalmologists) within assigned territory Maintain, expand and grow current market share and sales volume by working synergistically with other sales reps in the territory Prospecting/Cold-Calling for new business opportunities Territory business development and consulting Builds and maintains relationships with ECP’s within the territory Maintaining Monthly Sales forecasts, call total, appointment total in exclusive designated territory Periodically attend industry trade shows and trunk shows SKILLS & REQUIRMENTS: Willingness and desire to be a road warrior & travel within the assigned territory Demonstrated ability to manage the financial metrics of the territory, implement necessary improvements, and build the basis for profitable growth (Achieve & exceed sales results) Minimum of 2-3 years outside sales experience preferred Optical industry experience preferred, but not mandatory Self motivated and self directed Sound business judgment, excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in using a Personal Computer Ability to lift 40 pound sample bags, reliable transportation Be fashion-forward, possess fashion aptitude COMPENSATION: Our Reps are Independent Contractors (1099) with an exclusive territory and are given an established account base with existing business.
