The ideal candidate has a passion for exceeding sales goals, can think creatively, and has superior communication skills. The Healthcare-IT Account Executive is a key contact for the customer. The incumbent is responsible for developing leads, closing sales, and providing customers with product, distribution and pricing information. The Healthcare-IT Account Executive has direct sales responsibility with a quota assignment for their territory. It is the responsibility of the incumbent to maintain positive relations with customers through regular phone and onsite contact to clients within the assigned territory. We are seeking experienced Healthcare-IT Account Executives in the following 10 virtual territories to start with us as soon as possible. These are well-compensated salary + commissioned roles, and will be based remotely with 50% travel within an assigned territory: - San Diego/Los Angeles, CA - Colorado Springs/Denver, CO - Austin/Dallas, TX - Kansas City, MO - St. Paul/Minneapolis, MN - Midwest - Cincinnati/Indianapolis - Nashville/Memphis, TN - Orlando/Tampa, FL - DC/Baltimore, MD - Northeast/Albany/New York City/Boston Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for direct sales of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and Practice Management solutions in positioning Managed Business Solutions as a top-tier Technology Solutions provider to the Healthcare-Hospital Market. The Healthcare-IT Account Executive will focus on the following actions: * Identify and evaluate new clients and close sales within their assigned territory * Willingness to travel upwards of 50% to client sites within assigned territory to coordinate and execute onsite presentations/demonstrations * Manage time and resources effectively throughout full sales-client cycles to meet territory sales objectives * Maintain industry and product/services knowledge, adapt to changes in market * Report sales activity to management * Contract negotiations * Identify and coordinate activities with key selling influences Qualifications: Required: * 5+ years experience selling Practice Management/Technical Solutions or Electronic Medical Record systems to the Hospital Market. * Superior oral, written and team-related communication skills and a service oriented mentality. * Knowledge of effective territory sales management within the Healthcare Market. * Must have strong discovery, consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills in meeting with “C-Level” client leadership. * Ability to manage multiple, complex, diverse sales initiatives simultaneously. * Knowledge of current information systems technology (hardware and software) and of healthcare industry/market trends. * Strategic sales and account-client planning skills. * Ability to demonstrate consistent closing techniques throughout the sales cycle. * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to work within an MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) environment Desired: * Strong understanding of Healthcare and Hospital technology environments * Understanding of EMR services/solutions and implementations * Understanding of technology solutions, hardware/software sales, Value-added Reselling (VAR) We offer: * Great work environment/high energy office * Competitive Base Salary plus Commission * Monthly bonus and incentive programs for premier placements * Medical and Dental coverage, 401k, PTO/paid holidays
