Master Scheduler opening within Eagle Alliance Project Management Group Essential Job Functions * Develops plans including schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for several major portions of a program. * Ensures compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations. Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans. * Develops schedule controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements. * Monitors progress of program requirements. Monitors performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met. Makes recommendations for performance improvements, risk mitigations, etc. * Performs highly complex schedule/administrative reporting for major contracts and/or programs. Prepares highly complex schedule/administrative reports and distributes to customers/user organizations. * Provide weekly and monthly transactional and pricing support to programs. * Conducts highly complex schedule analysis (variance analysis, risk analysis, profit/loss analysis, etc.). Reviews, advises, and/or performs non-routine analysis and prepares non-routine financial reports. * Liaison between operations and other administrative support organizations on schedule issues. Interfaces with subcontractors, vendors, and customers and performs extensive investigations as required. * Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel. Qualifications Basic Qualifications * Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field preferred * Eight or more years of experience in finance or accounting * Experience working with program control techniques in the Federal Contracting environment * Experience working with Federal Contract pricing * Experience working with accounting principles and accounting software and databases * Experience working with financial analysis Other Qualifications * Five or more years of Primavera experience * Strong organization and time management skills * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Good interpersonal and interviewing skills to gather information from personnel * Strong communication skills * Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills * Good leadership skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Please refer to job code 486874 when responding to this ad.
