Strategy & Operations Deloitte Consultings Strategy & Operations Service Area works with senior management to help make major decisions and implement improvements that dramatically increase the performance of our clients business by focusing on executable strategy and by integrating industry and functional knowledge in corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, customer relationships, technology, financial management, supply chain, and operations. Performance Improvement Deloitte Consultings Performance Improvement Service Line brings together cross-functional and infrastructure solutions to stimulate operation efficiencies that will affect the bottom line. Our services include Corporate Real Estate, Shared Services, and Enterprise Cost Reduction. Qualifications * Six or more years of work experience in Consulting or a related industry, with emphasis on business process analysis/reengineering and other performance improvement activities. * Established team leader - previous team lead experience is required. * US government experience required (either through federal employment, military service, or consulting to federal agencies). Preferred Skills 6+ years experience in business process analysis/reengineering, financial analysis and modeling, organizational analysis, activity-based costing, and performance management. 2+ years experience developing business cases to demonstrate costs and benefits of recommendations. Education Requirements * Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, engineering, or a related discipline required. * Graduate degree (i.e., MBA, MPA) preferred. Location: This position is located in Washington DC. All applicants must currently live in Washington DC or be willing to relocate at their own expense. Other Requirements * Active U.S. government security clearance, or the ability to obtain a US government security clearance.
