Deloitte Services LP is seeking Account Marketers to work as a marketing experts on teams serving large, complex Office of the CEO Relationship (OCEO-R) clients. The Account Marketers will work with Lead Client marketers who manage the following OCEO accounts: (1) Federal Healthcare (HHS, CDC, NIH, etc. Defense Health) (2) Emerging Markets (Dept of State, USAID), (Postal Service), (Intelligence Community) (3) Department of Homeland Security and Lockheed Martin teaming arrangements Key responsibilities include: Industry and client insight -In collaboration with the client team and other parts of Deloitte, identify and communicate industry/sector and client issues/trends -Know client organization and propose links based on Deloittes capabilities -Understand competitive landscape (Deloittes and clients) -Share insights and best practices from other Deloitte teams Marketing Strategy -Develop and execute strategic marketing plan that is aligned with the client service plan -Develop high-impact positioning strategy and value proposition -Team with lead partners to develop client relationship plans for key contacts Client Messaging -Develop relevant content that reinforces account positioning strategy -Create consistent messages to be used in all client interactions -Identify brand differentiators at the client; create client-specific marketing materials that address issues -Develop and execute a strategy for communicating and leveraging client-specific materials Reputation and Eminence -Identify and deliver relevant regional, functional, industry, and sector-specific programs and thoughtware to client stakeholders -Propose additional ideas for client team to connect with clients, including customization of Deloitte eminence-building activities to meet client needs -Keep team informed of upcoming eminence activities New Business Collaboration -Work with business development managers and others on opportunities -Provide strategic insights, messaging and win themes to client team and MarCom Marketing Measurement -Develop and deliver against client marketing agreement -Measure performance using value scorecard Qualifications: -3+ years experience in Marketing, preferably Federal or Public Service -3+ years of experience with healthcare, international, federal and/or professional service marketing strategies -College degree required About Deloitte As used in this document, Deloitte? means Deloitte LLP and its subsidiaries.
