PHH is seeking recent college graduates with a passion for a strategic, consultative sales career. The Sales Development Associate / B2B Telesales plays a critical role in the overall Keystone segment growth strategy. The SDA generates and qualifies prospective client leads, proposes PHHs fleet management services to those prospects and closes the sales. Specifically, the SDA is responsible for: * Lead Generation/Qualification ? Source and qualify leads, client referrals, direct mail, KIT leads, SFDC, then follow up with all sales and closing efforts to convert the leads into active clients. * Territory Events ? Invite prospects and assist with any planning or logistical needs. * RFP/RFI ? Gathers data, provides ad hoc vehicle specification for prospects and works with the Marketing Department to generate sales proposals. * Prospect Profiles ? Gathers appropriate data, conducts research on prospects and submits credit applications. * Perfect Visit ? Accomplishes all logistics, tasks, presentations, etc. * Contract Support ? Works with Legal Services to obtain and route fully executed agreements from prospects. Qualifications: * College degree strongly preferred; Finance or Economics major preferred. * Strong financial and analytical skills. * Uncompromising work ethic ? organized, positive attitude, self motivated and directed, able to handle multiple tasks concurrently * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Prior telesales/sales experience and experience in sales prospecting is helpful Please refer to job code 13781 when responding to this ad.
