Deloitte Services LP has an opening for a National Marketing Manager who will design, manage and implement integrated marketing programs for our Integrated Market Offerings (IMO) practice. The manager will work closely with the IMO marketing leads for Enterprise Sustainability (ES) and Talent, as well as the Enterprise Sustainability and Talent leadership and the extended U.S. marketing team. Location for this national position is flexible. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: In conjunction with ES and Talent leadership/practitioners, the ES and Talent SMMs, and other marketing/communications professionals throughout the firm, support annual business and marketing planning activities to formulate an integrated marketing approach to support these two IMOs. Work with the SMMs to plan and execute a full complement of marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance market positioning for the two IMOs, which may include: * Supporting the development of thought leadership around select IMO issues, including working with writers and subject matter experts to build Deloittes point-of-view, developing the related marketing program(s) and helping our practitioners to commercialize the program(s) in the marketplace. * Direct oversight of marketing campaigns which includes developing content, considering social media opportunities and events that are relevant. Working with lead SMEs and marketers across organizations to create comprehensive campaign and specific initiatives aligned to each targeted channel and audience. * Work to support the initiatives outlined in the ES and Talent marketing plans including working on various campaigns and activities to support lead generation and build eminence. * Surfacing, designing and executing events geared toward client education, relationship building and revenue growth including, but not limited to client roundtables, conferences, seminars, and trade shows. * Managing and supporting content development related to our service capabilities, practice qualifications, etc. * Supporting our Web presence and related e-marketing initiatives . * Working with PR/media relations to generate actions in support of key programs. * Working with internal communications to build awareness of marketing resources, programs, results, etc. across the practice and across the US Firms. * Surveying and building relationships with decision makers on effectiveness/quality of effort (past, present and future). * Tracking, monitoring, and evaluating integrated marketing activities and accomplishments through ROI systems and related SM&BD reports. Collaborate/Coordinate with appropriate resources from the US Firms, including subject matter specialists, service area leaders, client service professionals, business development managers, marketing and communications personnel, knowledge managers, and various shared services, to execute and/or leverage integrated marketing programs. Work with IMO marketing support, including the extended team of marketing colleagues (functional and regional) and India program support. Work with teams to help carry the marketing messaging including PR, KM, Internal Communications and related global initiatives. Contribute innovative marketing ideas and solutions that support long term growth of the ES and Talent groups. Help maintain overall marketing budget and utilize sound marketing methods to ensure programs are implemented cost-effectively and implemented to achieve desired goals for building revenue, relationships and reputation. Bachelors degree required, with a focus in marketing strategy, communications, business development, program planning and execution, or similar MBA/MS preferred, but not required Minimum 6-8 years of prior relevant experience, preferably in a professional services or business-to-business marketing and communications environment Successful performance in a matrix environment Successful performance in a virtual work environment (e.g., managing projects with team members in multiple locations) Demonstrated skills as a team player by leading through trust and professional respect Strong negotiation and problem solving skills Strong project management skills Must be detail oriented, organized and able to juggle multiple tasks and timelines Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity, take initiative and be self-motivated to complete projects independently with appropriate direction/feedback Flexibility and adaptability required Demonstrated commitment to service excellence; a professional client-service manner Should be prepared to get into detailed work as well as provide strategic counsel/support (a "can-do" attitude) Superior writing and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to create a broad mix of marketing communications, including marketing collateral, thought leadership, press releases, web content, internal communications materials, client success stories, roll-out/practitioner support tools Self Starter: Ability to lead large teams to take projects to fruition with many stakeholders.
