Essential Job Functions * Develop relationships and work with customers to define overall integrations strategies and serve as liaison for product integration issues to ensure high quality customer service. * Assists in the development and deployment of integration efforts for clients in order to ensure the success of integration efforts. * Assists in developing and conducting workshops with technical client representatives in order to provide product education and training. * Serves on a team with other departments to ensure that communications channels and messaging strategies are consistent across the organization. * Identifies opportunity areas with respect to product integration and communications and provides solution recommendations. * Troubleshoots for download and integration problems and questions. * Provide support/assistance to customers. Document solutions to assist others with troubleshooting. Report problems with integration to project team and devise plan to resolve the issues. * Responsible for reviewing & or creating a SOW ( Statement of Work ). * Assists in reviewing system architecture to ensure it meets requirements of project. Qualifications Basic Qualifications * Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred * Four or more years of experience and or exposure in product integration regarding server, application and network infrastructure tools deployment and hands on experience. * Experience working with software, systems, applications, and network markets * Experience working with exporting data tables using xml. * Experience working with product configurations * Project management experience preferred. Must have good knowledge of Unix, Windows and Linux operating systems. * Must have at least 5-8 years of Operations experience. * Must have basic coding experience using Web, HTML, Pearl, Java. * Must be capable of channeling dynamic ideas and problem solving technical ideas effectively both in a solo and team capacity. * Knowledge of Messaging: Blackberry, Exchange, Lotus Notes, SMTP, Networking Protocol s such as ( SNMP ( V2C, V3) * General Database Knowledge_ Oracle, SQL, MqSQL would be a plus. * Knowledge of Remedy 7.1 * CCNA Certification would be a benefit. Other Qualifications * Good communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, and management * Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work * Good analytical and problem solving skills * Good skills in training * Strong presentation skills to present ideas or tasks to individuals or groups * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to convert technical knowledge into easily understood terms Willingness to travel * ITIL V3 would be helpful * PMP Cert would be helpful. * MS 2007 Office Visio Please refer to job code 494005 when responding to this ad.
