We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Planner in our Ridgefield, NJ facility. In this position the Planner will:

Evaluate work orders and projects for required permits, action notices and opportunities for efficiencies.

Schedule material and paperwork for orders and PMs, assists with review of Material Lists.

Kit and stage materials, work with vendors to ensure JIT delivery at work sites.

Monitor movement of materials through PM, reschedules work orders as necessary, based on material availability.

Review unscheduled orders for materials needs.

Generate reports and reviews with Maintenance Supervisors.

Maintain & update SOPs.

Provide support to special project initiatives.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma with 5-8 years of planning experience preferably in biotech/pharma industry.
